Course Details

 

Friday February 25 times are from 6:00 pm - 10:00 pm this will be indoors to complete the New 2010 CPR guidelines.

Saturday and Sunday February 26th &27th will be outdoors around the Calgary area. Form 9:00 am -5:00 pm Saturday night will be an optional overnight.

 

Our basic level of Wilderness & Remote First Aid & CPR is for individuals who enjoy recreational activities or live in isolated or wilderness settings and need to respond to emergencies when advanced care is not immediately available. The course covers material in Red Cross Standard First Aid & CPR plus special material on techniques for wilderness and remote areas as well as offers strategies to provide extended care for up to 24 hours.

 

This course includes the NEW First Aid & CPR Guidelines 2010/2011.
