Comfortable and casual clothing that allows you to fully participate in practical sessions

A large garbage bag
Positive attitude and a sense of humour
Camera (optional)
Waterproof outer layer (jacket, pants and footwear)
Insulating layers (top and bottom)
Warm outerwear (top and bottom)
Extra socks
Warm hat and gloves (you might want to bring a couple sets)
Hiking footwear
Comfortable footwear for indoor sessions
Enough clothing for the number of days you will be attending
Any medications you may need
Notebook and writing implements
Copies of manuals (will be supplied on the first day of class)
Leadership Courses For the course you will need to be prepared to generate 2 new scenarios based on skills. You will also need to be prepared to generate a trip plan. What to Bring:
